If you’d like a refund or replacement, please reach out to us and provide as much information as possible, including your order number and a photo of the faulty item(s). We will either refund you for the item(s) or ship you a replacement promptly. We will not be able to provide replacements or refunds on items damaged intently. No claims will be accepted more than 7 days after the receipt of your order, or if the product shows any evidence of prior use or alteration.
